Community-driven initiative shines a light on education and empowerment!
Welcome to Krishaker Batighar, the lighthouse of farmers! Our library breaks the convention of being a stationary place and brings books to the people, especially farmers and rural women.
Founded in 2021, Krishaker Batighar has already made a significant impact on the community in Amla union of Kushtia's Mirpur upazila. We go from village to village, bringing books on various topics that are of interest to farmers, such as modern farming techniques, stories of living standard development, literature, and travel.
Our library now has about 300 books, and we are constantly expanding our collection. We make an effort to know about the interests of our readers so that we can bring books that they will enjoy.
Krishaker Batighar is not just a place for reading books; it is also a source of inspiration for our readers. We sing songs, recite poems, read stories, and reward farmers for their hard work.
Our library is run by a group of dedicated volunteers, including students from various universities and medical colleges. We are grateful for their contributions, and we believe that with their help, we can continue to make a difference in our community.
At Krishaker Batighar, we believe that education is a fundamental right, and we are committed to making it accessible to everyone. We invite you to join us in our mission to promote education and development in our community.
